Bathrooms
In your bathroom you can find a shower, toilet, hairdryer, hand and bath towels as well as toilet paper. All towels are changed mid-week.
Check-in & Check-out
On the day of arrival our apartment is available from 2.30 pm, Check-out before 9.30 am.
Baby and Children’s extras
On request – without extra costs – we offer a cot, high chair, podium, childrens‘ cutlery and tableware… etc.
Cancellation clauses
A cancellation without charge is possible, up to 3 months before your arrival date.
Afterwards the regulations due to Austrian Hotel Rules (ÖHVB) are valid.
cancellation 3 months to 1 month before arrival date: 40 % of the total price |
cancellation 1 month to 1 week before arrival date: 70 % of the total price |
cancellation within 1 week before arrival date: 90% of the total price will be charged |
In case of late arrival or early departure the total booking price will be charged. |
We recommend you take out travel cancellation & Interruption Insurance!
Deposit & methods of payment
Kindly observe that the confirmation of your reservation requires a deposit of 3 days. The balance can be paid in cash before departure. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.
Fresh bread-service
With pleasure we can provide fresh bread in the mornings; white rolls or wholemeal buns, the choice is yours! Payment according to the baker’s pricelist.
Internet & TV
All rooms have free WIFI access. TVs (most with DVD-player) are located in the living / dining rooms and in all bedrooms.
Kitchen equipment
Refrigerator / freezer, ceramic hot plate, oven, microwave, dishwasher & tabs, coffeemaker (filter), kettle, table cloth, tableware, cutlery, glasses, various kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies, tea towels…. etc…
Parking
We offer 2 parking spots in front of our house per apartment. Please let us know if you arrive with more cars.
Pets
Sorry, but we cannot accommodate pets. We thank you for your understanding!
Safe
Safety deposit boxes are available in each apartment.
Sauna
The Finnish sauna is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4 pm - 8 pm. Sauna towels are available. Please bring slippers!
Skistorage & Skidepot
Heated ski storage is available in the house, where you can place your skis / boards and boots. At the Zwölferkogel lift station you can find extra lockers for an additional charge.
